Baseus can ship to most countries. If your destination is not available now, please contact Baseus customer support at baseus@baseus.com.cn.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping: 7-24 Business Days; Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

Handling time:2-4days

It will take us 2-4days to arrange the shipment. You will get the tracking number via Email,SMS or Massenger(if you checked) after the order fullfilled. Please kinldy wait 2-4 days to have the tracking number. If beyond that, please contact our customers service for help at service@baseusmall.com.

Baseus offers full refund if pacel not received after 90 days when order fufilled via Standard Shipping(25days for Express Shipping), including lost during shipment.

How will my delivery be shipped?

What does the shipping cost?

Baseus offers Free Shipping Service in both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping when your order amount is above a certain amount. The cost of another charging shipping will depend on the destination, weight, and shipping method.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

Baseus tries to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the products. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

How can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product has been shipped out.
